Welcome!

Welcome to THE BEAUTIFUL TRUTH blog. If you’ve spent some time on the site, you will have noticed that the film will open in theatres in NYC on 11/14 followed by Los Angeles on Weds. 11/26. However, to make sure that this film and its message – the relationship between diet and disease – are widely seen, we need your help to get the word out about the film. We need to get people to go see the film over opening weekend in New York and Los Angeles – please tell your friends, include information in our newsletter or post something online.

In order to bring the film to your community, you can drop into your local art house theatre and ask them to book the film.

The film will be available on DVD in 2009, to be informed of the street date, please sign up for the e-newsletter. If you are a retailer and would like to sell the DVD from your store or website, please email sales (at) cinemalibrestudio (dot) com.

We will ask director Steve Kroschel, his son Garrett (who is featured in the film), Charlotte Gerson (founder of the Gerson Institute), author/publisher Howard Straus and Anita Wilson (Executive Director, Gerson Institute) to help monitor and reply to your comments.

We will also post information about interviews and pending media breaks - so check back!

Thanks to all for the amazing outpouring of support.

I live in Adelaide Australia, and would like to know how we could have The Beautiful Truth screen here in this country.
The time is SO ripe for the TRUTH.

How so totally wonderful! I have been researching health issues for years and have wished that someone would make a fantastic film. I have been trying to free people's minds for years about this stuff.

Show it in Arizona so that I can bring all my friends!! Maybe then they will stop thinking that I'm crazy!!

As the director of this film, I just wanted to add that I've been involved in over 100 documentaries and dozens of feature films. Not one of them came close to being as fulfilling and wonderful as was the making of this picture. Although it is a film that was met with incredible resistance and discouragement by the major media; I went ahead with it and never looked back. Because the story and principals were/are life-changing, undeniable. If a 15 year-old can discover the beautiful truth that cancer does not have to be a death sentence, so can the rest of us. Do the research and decide for yourself. You might just save your loved one's life, as well as your own.

Thankyou for revealing your intimate experience with this documentary.
It fuels me even more to request the opportunity to screen it here in Australia in the near future.
There is no doubt we are in that critical mass moment of history where what we have been taught and what we instinctively know is now undeniably so and the truth can no longer be hidden. I guess this is all our journey individually and collectively.

This Movie is a God-send to anyone searching for hope and truth. I pray for the success of this documentary for the sake of those suffering needlessly. There is another way and the BEAUTIUFUL TRUTH is that way. Thank you to Max Gerson, the Gerson institute, the cast and crew of "The Beautiful Truth", and Director Steve Kroschel for their selfless devotion in getting the truth out. Good luck on a fine and much-needed movie and as always God bless you.
